However Ed was very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule to the following week. On the day itself the piano was moved with care and Ed and his team were both friendly and professional. Ed and Ray arrived promptly, quickly assessed the task at hand, which was to move an upright classical Yamaha piano down a short, but steep set of stairs. Bringing equipment from the van they were soon manoeuvering the piano safely to its new home. The job was completed without any fuss.
